Right of withdrawal and return

You have a full right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused and refunds will only be made when the goods are returned in unused condition. We will refund the money within 30 days in case of return.

Please note: In case of refund, contact with customer service should always be made. The return is approved when the item has been inspected by our staff. When paying the invoice, it is important not to fail to collect the package from the post office. If the invoice receives a reminder fee or goes to Debt Collection, the customer will be responsible for costs for shredding.

Send the item back in similar packaging as it was received in. Please note that it is the condition of the item upon arrival at Tazz that determines whether the item can be considered returned in full condition. Include your name or order number. You will pay the shipping costs for the return yourself. When returning products with a high order value, we recommend that you send the package traceable. You are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us.

If we have sent the wrong item, we will bear the cost of returning it to our warehouse.

Reklamationer

In the event of a complaint, always contact our customer service and we will send you a prepaid return slip. Tazz applies the Consumer Purchase Act when handling complaints. A product can only be claimed in the event of a manufacturing defect. Complain about the product immediately after you discover the defect and we will send you a new, faultless product. If the defect cannot be remedied, a refund will be made.

In the event of a dispute, we will follow Allmänna reklamationsnämnden's (ARN) recommendations.
